i made this for my friend Holly for her birthday. she loves sailor moon!

i kinda made up the outfit from all of her oufits... and some stuff (like her shoes and staff thing) i just made up! lol :XD:

its probably really fuzzy and undetailed in small view.... so please FULL VIEW! ^_^

EDIT!!

i fixed some minor things that have been bugging me, as well as the writing a tad. the file is now a .png so even while it is still blurry in small view, all of the original colors are retained now! (before, the colors were slightly off of my original one on my computer)
